We are excited to have Dr. Julia O’Brien join us on Sunday May 16. Originally scheduled to join us in September 2020, her visit was cancelled due to the pandemic. Dr. O’Brien is Professor of Hebrew Bible/Old Testament at Lancaster Theological Seminary. She will lead us with a message at our 9:30am worship titled: “Expanding the Prophetic Vision of Justice” using Isaiah 58. Light refreshments will be available outside the narthex after the service at 10:30 am for those attending the lecture. Everyone is invited back to the sanctuary at 11:00am for the Carson lecture titled: “When Prophets Surprise” – followed by questions & answers, concluding by noon. Please make plans to join us!
