Men's Breakfast Groups
MEN’S BREAKFAST CELEBRATION
Saturday May 8, at 7:30, Fellowship Hall – Highland men will gather for breakfast and fellowship to celebrate the 30-year history of men’s breakfast groups at Highland. Rev. Jim Hanna, our former associate pastor at Highland and recently retired executive director of the Samaritan Counseling Center, will talk about the origins of the first breakfast in 1980. Out of these gatherings, Habitat for Humanity and Harb-Adult (now The Living Center) were launched in Lancaster. There will be a brief presentation explaining the format of the present breakfast groups and potential for new ventures and opportunities and . . . it will be a good time! Sign up beginning next week by calling the office at 569.2651 or sign up at the church office by May 4. Cost: $5.
