Each of the congregations Tom has served has experienced significant spiritual and numerical growth and has become deeply involved in ministry to the local community. The Memorial Drive Church in Houston is a Dollar for Dollar Church who gives one dollar to the needs of the world for every dollar they spend on themselves. Under Tom’s leadership, the Fifth Avenue Church developed a significant   ministry to the homeless in New York City.

Currently, Tom is the Founder and Executive Director of Macedonian Ministry, a position he has held since 2008. This ministry gives him a unique opportunity to serve as a pastor to  pastors.
